V1.2 Update

After nearly smashing my head into the wall, I have finally completed the game, more or less.

The game now includes a playable boss fight after you have survived for 2 minutes. Beating the boss gives an additional 100k points to your score, and you beat the game.

The source code got incredibly messy, but I am glad to say that everything seems to be working. (Let me know otherwise please!!)

The only other thing I could think of doing at this point is adding more sound effects or balancing the game/quality of life tweaks.
